What does the STAR University® franchise training include?

Your Cruise Planners® franchise fee covers comprehensive in-person training in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — the cruising capital of the world. The six-day STAR University® experience includes hotel accommodations, meals, ground transportation, and exclusive ship inspections. When and where can I complete my STAR University® training

STAR University® is hosted in Fort Lauderdale, FL, every two months. Once your franchise agreement is finalized, you’ll begin online training immediately and then attend the in-person session at your earliest convenience. How soon can I start once I join Cruise Planners®?

You can start the day you finalize your franchise agreement. You’ll be immediately given a user ID and password to start your self-guided orientation process. During this time, we’ll activate your customized website and you can order your business cards and set up your new home-based office. You’ll start online training through CP Genie Learning, then we will help you plan your in-person, hands-on training here in Fort Lauderdale, which we offer every two months.

Can I share my Cruise Planners® franchise with a partner or family member?
