Award recipients are selected based upon business growth, innovation and partnership.

Michelle Fee, CEO and founder of Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, was named one of the “Top 25 Most Influential Business Women” of 2010 by the South Florida Business Journal, a weekly regional publication covering business, global and political news.

The awards include the “Globe Award” from American Express Vacations; the Globus “Top Producing Premier Partner” award and recognition in Oceana Cruises’ Cruise Connoisseur Club.

The honor is associated with the cruise line’s coveted Travel Partners of the Year award.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Michelle Fee, Co-Founder and CEO of Cruise Planners/American Express, the nation’s largest home-based travel agent franchise network in the cruise industry, has been named one of the “top 25 most extraordinary minds†in sales and marketing for 2009 by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI). Fee will be honored Feb.1 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.
