The Better Business Bureau looks at several things to determine your score as a business, and Cruise Planners scored a big A+.
Several questions are asked in the review, giving you the opportunity to share your experience with the company you want to review.
Within a year, the BBB will ask for Customer Experiences. They would review it to see if it was a positive experience, neutral, or negative experience. Then they read the reviews submitted by the customer and see if the company needed to make any adjustments and advise them of such.
BBB ratings represent the BBB’s opinion of how the business is likely to interact with its customers. Cruise Planners rates high. The BBB rating is based on information BBB is able to obtain about the business, including complaints received from the public. Cruise Planners showed no complaints. BBB seeks and uses information directly from businesses and from public data sources. You can also view Cruise Planners Franchise Review on our website.
BBB assigns ratings from A+ (highest) to F (lowest). In some cases, BBB will not rate the business (indicated by an NR, or “No Rating”) for reasons that include insufficient information about a business or ongoing review/update of the business’s file.
BBB ratings are not a guarantee of a business’s reliability or performance. BBB recommends that consumers consider a business’s BBB rating in addition to all other available information about the business.
If you ever visit the BBB website, you will find a blog full of consumer information. The goal BBB is trying to reach is taking constructive comments either positive or negative about a company but make sure that they are not just nasty complaints without any possible solutions. With any company, if you need to voice a complaint, it is best to go in with the hope that there will be a resolution and try to solve it. Often, the company will not only correct the situation or issue, but may compensate with a new product or solution.
Some companies may not want to be reviewed, but the upside of that is the fact that it can do two things. Give incentive for the company to continue working hard to earn a top rating, thus improving their business acumen and keeping a high profile customer wise. It also promotes the business interest when someone is interested in purchasing a franchise for sale.
