International Women’s Day
On International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the Lady Bosses who make up the Cruise Planners family. Over the past year, our hard-working and fearless Cruise Planners female travel advisors have checked off their travel goals with highlights such as hiking Machu Picchu and salsa dancing in Mexico, all while building their businesses and making their client’s wildest travel dreams come true.
When Michelle Fee started Cruise Planners 25 years ago, she was looking for a way to help travel agents adapt at a time when the Internet was drastically changing the world of travel. Little did she know she was laying the foundation for women and men nationwide to run successful travel businesses in a way that best suits them: part-time, full-time, as a side hustle, while the kids are sleeping, while traveling the world…the possibilities are endless.
Since its inception, Cruise Planners has championed women and is a place where women both succeed and lead. The majority of Cruise Planners franchise owners are women and when it comes to the Cruise Planners Millionaires Club, it’s definitely a women’s world. Women have a voice and influence at Cruise Planners, with Vicky Garcia and Theresa Scalzitti also on the executive team with Michelle Fee and women making up more than half of Cruise Planners directors and managers. No matter their background or career goals, our franchisees can be assured that the incredible and diverse group of people who make up our Cruise Planners Home Office Team are here to support them in growing their travel businesses.
