Michelle Fee
CTC, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Michelle has been in the travel business since 1981 and owned a full-service travel agency for more than 20 years, in partnership with Lynn Korn. In 1994, Michelle and Lynn partnered with veteran travel agent Marvin Davis to form Cruise Planners.

Tom Kruszewski
Chief Financial Officer
An accomplished financial executive with more than 20 years of experience, Tom Kruszewski served as CFO of a group of Miami-based companies including Rally Manufacturing, Inc., Intec, Inc. and i-Tec Electronics, Inc., leading manufacturers of automotive, video game and consumer electronics accessories, prior to joining Cruise Planners/American Express in 2008.

Vicky Garcia
Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Vicky oversees the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Operations and Human Resources Departments. She works closely with the executive team to develop and leverage strategic partnerships with cruise lines, tour operators, air consolidators and third-party partners to create sales and marketing programs for our franchisees.

Brian Shultz
Vice President, Technology
Brian oversees all the technology that is produced and maintained at Cruise Planners. Brian works closely with the different departments in-house as well the agent community to drive his team to produce industry-leading tools that make the management of their business seamless and easy.
